Right of Withdrawal
At Homara, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return your order within 30 days of delivery.
How to initiate a return request
Request a return by sending an email to info@homara.co.uk stating the reason for the return and photos or videos of the product that justify your reason.
Returns and Refunds
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when goods are defective or damaged. In such cases, Homara will cover the return costs and provide a prepaid return label.
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@homara.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. If the item is defective, please attach photos for documentation.
- Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Haven’t Received Your Refund?
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned items.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank statement first. If it is not visible after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
