These Terms apply to all offers, sales, and distance contracts concluded between Homara and consumers.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

An order is confirmed once we accept it electronically and payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline orders in the event of errors, suspected fraud, or lack of product availability.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT (where applicable).
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, through our secure payment providers.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

5. Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
  • We aim to dispatch accepted orders as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 days after purchase.
  • If a delay occurs, we will notify you. If the delay exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 30 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return costs unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

7. Exceptions to Withdrawal Rights

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, perishable items, or goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
